Wedding Cookies Pecans (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookies

01 - 1 cup of butter, at room temperature
02 - ½ cup powdered sugar, save extra for coating
03 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla
04 - 2¼ cups of all-purpose flour
05 - ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
06 - ¾ cup of finely chopped walnuts or pecans

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 400°F to preheat.
02 - Blend the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla together. Gradually stir in salt and flour until mixed. Toss in the nuts last.
03 - Roll dough into smooth 1-inch balls using your hands.
04 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until set—they shouldn't change color.
05 - While they're warm, roll each cookie in powdered sugar after cooling on the tray for 1–2 minutes.
06 - Give them another powdered sugar roll once they're completely cool.
