Velvet Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Mix Layer

01 - One package of red velvet boxed mix
02 - Ingredients listed on the box to make the cake

→ Filling

03 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 4 tbsp butter, softened
05 - Half a cup of powdered sugar
06 - Two cups of crushed graham crackers
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F. Follow directions on the red velvet box and bake the cake in two 8-inch round pans.
02 - Let the baked cake cool fully, then break it apart until it looks sandy. If it feels sticky, pop it in the oven at 350°F for 5-6 minutes to dry it out.
03 - Whip together the cream cheese, soft butter, and powdered sugar until fluffy. Stir in the crushed graham crackers and vanilla.
04 - Scoop small amounts of the mix and roll into round balls. Chill them for about an hour, then coat each one in the cake crumbs.

03 - You can sweeten with up to 2 cups of sugar if preferred
