# Ingredients:

01 - Grated carrot
02 - Chopped cabbage
03 - Sweet corn
04 - Green pepper
05 - Spring onions
06 - Onions
07 - Seasoning
08 - Salt
09 - Vegetable oil

# Instructions:

01 - Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a pan and allow it to heat.
02 - Add the grated carrot to the pan and stir-fry until tender.
03 - Add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry for one minute.
04 - Season with salt and seasoning, then mix in sweet corn, onions, and other vegetables of your choice.
05 - Remove the pan from heat and pour the mixture into a sieve to drain any excess liquid.
06 - The filling is now ready to be used.
