Seafood Peppers Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 4 large bell peppers, any color works

→ Seafood & Cheese

03 - ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
04 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella
05 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened
06 - 1 cup shrimp, chopped and cooked
07 - 1 cup crab meat, cooked and flaked

→ Seasonings

08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 2 green onions, chopped finely
10 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
11 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay blend
12 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne (if you'd like a kick)
13 - ½ teaspoon paprika
14 - Salt and pepper to your taste

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Slice off the tops of the peppers and clean out the insides. Toss them lightly with olive oil and arrange in a baking dish.
02 - Blend together the cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir in the crab, shrimp, garlic, onions, and your seasonings until mixed well.
03 - Pack each pepper with your seafood mix. Wrap the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
04 - Take off the foil and broil for 3-5 minutes until browned on top. Sprinkle parsley over the top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Use any kind of bell pepper you like
02 - Go with fresh or pre-cooked seafood
03 - Spice it up by adding more cayenne
