# Ingredients:

→ For the Donuts

01 - 1 cup warm milk
02 - 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
03 - 2 tablespoons sugar
04 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 large egg

→ For the Filling

08 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
09 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11 - 1/2 cup strawberry jam

→ For the Glaze

12 - 1 cup powdered sugar
13 - 2 tablespoons milk
14 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, dissolve the yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in warm milk. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. Add flour, salt, melted butter, egg, and the remaining sugar. Knead the dough until smooth. Let it rise until doubled in size.
02 - On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out donuts and let them rise again. Fry the donuts in 375°F (190°C) oil until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
03 - Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the strawberry jam.
04 - Once the donuts are cooled, make a hole in the side of each. Pipe in the strawberry cheesecake filling.
05 - Mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to create a glaze. Drizzle it over the filled donuts for a sweet finishing touch.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the yeast is properly activated for light and fluffy donuts.
02 - Allow the donuts to cool fully before filling to avoid melting the cheesecake mixture.
03 - Store leftovers in the refrigerator and enjoy within a couple of days.
