Soft Fruity Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Softened unsalted butter
02 - White sugar
03 - Light brown sugar
04 - One large egg
05 - Pure vanilla extract
06 - Plain flour
07 - Baking soda powder
08 - Fine salt
09 - Fruity Pebbles cereal
10 - Optional: Chips made of white chocolate
11 - Optional: Extra Fruity Pebbles for topping
12 - Optional: Drizzle of melted white chocolate
13 - Optional: Colorful rainbow sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Use a large bowl to cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy and pale.
03 - Stir in the egg and vanilla until everything’s evenly mixed.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk salt, flour, and baking soda together.
05 - Slowly add the dry mix into the wet one, stirring only until it comes together.
06 - Gently mix in the Fruity Pebbles cereal and, if using, the white chocolate chips.
07 - Form the dough into small balls and spread them out on the lined baking tray.
08 - Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the edges are firm and centers stay a little soft.
09 - While still warm, press some extra Fruity Pebbles gently onto the cookie tops.
10 - Let cookies sit for 5 minutes on the tray, then move them to a wire cooling rack. Drizzle white chocolate or sprinkle with rainbow toppings if you'd like before serving.

01 - You can freeze the dough in ball shapes for up to 3 months and bake them straight from the freezer whenever you want fresh cookies.
