Skillet Brownie Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 jar of rainbow sprinkles
02 - 1 bag of Birthday Cake Lindor Truffles, chopped into small pieces
03 - Chocolate syrup or fudge sauce for drizzling
04 - Additional sprinkles for decorating
05 - 1 box brownie mix (and whatever it calls for)
06 - Vanilla or birthday cake ice cream

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9-inch cast iron skillet with nonstick spray.
02 - Follow the directions on the brownie mix box to make the batter, then gently stir in about half a cup of rainbow sprinkles.
03 - Pour half of the brownie batter into the skillet, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the chopped truffles on top.
04 - Spoon over the rest of the batter and lightly spread it around. Don’t worry if it’s a bit uneven—it’ll bake just fine!
05 - Bake for about 25–30 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the middle is set but still nice and soft.
06 - Leave it alone for 5–10 minutes before serving. If you like it extra gooey, serve sooner. For firmer slices, wait a little longer.
07 - Scoop some ice cream over the top, pour on chocolate syrup or fudge sauce, and sprinkle with extra rainbow sprinkles before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - If you’re eating just part of it, scoop your share into a bowl with ice cream and save the rest in a sealed container.
02 - Microwave any leftovers to warm them up—they’re just as tasty the next day.
03 - Birthday cake ice cream makes this feel extra festive, but vanilla works just as well.
