Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9-inch cast iron skillet with nonstick spray.

Follow the directions on the brownie mix box to make the batter, then gently stir in about half a cup of rainbow sprinkles.

Pour half of the brownie batter into the skillet, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the chopped truffles on top.

Spoon over the rest of the batter and lightly spread it around. Don’t worry if it’s a bit uneven—it’ll bake just fine!

Bake for about 25–30 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the middle is set but still nice and soft.

Leave it alone for 5–10 minutes before serving. If you like it extra gooey, serve sooner. For firmer slices, wait a little longer.
