Turn the oven to 190°C and get a 23x33 cm dish ready by spraying it lightly with nonstick spray.

In a big pan over medium-high heat, toss in the ground beef. Sprinkle with some kosher salt and black pepper. Stir it around now and then, cooking for about 8-10 minutes until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain off the extra fat and set it aside.

Take the skillet with the browned beef and add the cooked rotini, 113 g of the mozzarella, the pepperoni, the cheddar, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir everything together so it's evenly combined.

Pour the mixture into the dish you prepped earlier. Sprinkle the remaining 113 g of mozzarella evenly over the top.

Pop the dish into the hot oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is gooey and golden. Take it out and let it sit for a few minutes before serving. If you're feeling fancy, toss some fresh parsley on top.
