White Rocky Road (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of white chocolate chunks or chips.
02 - 2 cups of goodies mixed together.
03 - Dried apricots, cut up.
04 - Colored mini marshmallows.
05 - Crushed pistachios or any nuts you like.
06 - Sweet jelly candies.
07 - Tart dried cherries.

# Instructions:

01 - Set parchment into an 8x8 or 9x9 dish with a little hanging over the edges. Chop bigger add-ins if needed.
02 - Pop the chocolate in the microwave. Start with 30-second bursts, then switch to 15 seconds and keep stirring until smooth.
03 - Toss nuts, marshmallows, fruit, and candies into the chocolate. Work out any sticky clumps as you mix.
04 - Pour into your pan and even it out. Let it firm up in the fridge or on your counter for 3-4 hours.
05 - Lift the hardened chocolate out using the parchment. While it’s still slightly soft, cut it into squares.

02 - Go slow when melting the chocolate.
03 - Slice before it gets completely hard.
