# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
03 - 1 cup fresh spinach
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - Make a deep cut along the side of each chicken breast to create a pocket, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
03 - Fill each chicken breast with equal amounts of roasted red peppers, spinach, and mozzarella cheese.
04 - Use toothpicks to secure the pocket openings if necessary.
05 - Combine olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, then brush the mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.
06 - Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
