Pizza Sliders Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sliders

01 - 12-count pack of Hawaiian sweet rolls
02 - 6 slices of provolone cheese
03 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella
04 - 4 oz of pepperoni slices

→ Garlic Butter

05 - 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter
06 - 3 minced garlic cloves (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
07 - 1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried oregano)
08 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

→ For Serving

09 - Heated marinara sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Use foil to cover a 9x13 pan, and spray it lightly with non-stick spray.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Toss in the garlic, oregano, and chili flakes.
03 - Cut the rolls horizontally. Keep them in one piece and place the bottom layer into your foil-lined pan.
04 - Spread a third of your garlic butter on your bottom rolls. Stack the provolone, pepperoni, and mozzarella on, then add the top rolls.
05 - Pour or brush the rest of your garlic butter over the top layer of rolls.
06 - Cover with foil and bake for 20-22 minutes till the cheese is gooey. Remove foil and bake another 3-5 minutes to brown the tops.
07 - Cut into sliders and enjoy while hot. Use your warmed marinara as a dip.

# Notes:

01 - Lining the pan and spraying it avoids sticking.
02 - Don’t separate the rolls before cutting.
