Peanut Butter Blossoms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour.
02 - A pinch of salt (1/4 teaspoon).
03 - 1 large room-temp egg.
04 - 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter.
05 - 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed tightly.
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla.
07 - 36 chocolate kisses (Hershey's).
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
09 - 1/2 cup regular sugar, plus extra to coat.
10 - 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 375°F and get baking sheets ready with parchment.
02 - Mix the peanut butter, butter, and both sugars together till creamy.
03 - Toss in the egg and vanilla, and mix till combined.
04 - Stir in the flour and baking soda till it's all one dough.
05 - Roll small dough balls (about 1 inch), then cover them in sugar.
06 - Pop them in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until fluffy.
07 - Gently press a chocolate kiss into each cookie while warm.

01 - Avoid peanut butter that needs stirring.
02 - Don’t overload on flour.
03 - Chill kisses in the freezer if you’d like.
04 - Make sure cookies have cooled fully.
