Cook tortellini in boiling water as per package instructions until just tender. Drain them well and lightly pat dry with a paper towel.

Get three separate bowls ready: the first with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third with a combination of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings.

Dip each tortellini into the flour, then the egg mixture, and finish with the breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to make sure the coating sticks.

In a large pan, heat oil until it reaches 350°F. Cook the tortellini in small batches, flipping halfway, and fry for about 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
