# Ingredients:

→ Feta Rolls

01 - Feta cheese, crumbled or in block form
02 - Phyllo dough sheets
03 - Olive oil for brushing
04 - Garlic powder, a pinch
05 - Fresh or dried oregano, thyme, or rosemary (optional)

→ Chili Honey Drizzle

06 - Honey
07 - Chili flakes, to taste
08 - Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and mix with optional herbs and a pinch of garlic powder for enhanced flavor.
02 - Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface. Brush with olive oil. Add a spoonful of the feta mixture near one edge, roll tightly, and fold in the sides to seal. Repeat with remaining phyllo and filling.
03 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush tops with more olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
04 - Combine honey and chili flakes in a saucepan over low heat. Warm until infused and add lemon juice. Keep warm until ready to serve.
05 - Drizzle the warm chili honey generously over the golden rolls. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
