Cranberry Orange Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One teaspoon of orange extract.
02 - Zest from two oranges.
03 - A cup of dried cranberries.
04 - 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk.
05 - 24 ounces of white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper in a cross shape, and grease it up.
02 - Melt the white chocolate and condensed milk together with a double boiler.
03 - Mix in orange zest, orange extract, and most of the cranberries. Keep a little aside for the topping.
04 - Pour into the pan, level it out, and sprinkle with the leftover cranberries and zest.
05 - Put it in the fridge for a few hours, or overnight if you've got time.
06 - Use the parchment paper to pull it out, then cut into squares.

01 - Keep in the fridge.
02 - Use low heat.
03 - Stick with dried cranberries.
