# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt (taste and adjust as needed)
02 - Zest from 1 lemon
03 - 1 teaspoon sumac seasoning powder
04 - 2 teaspoons crushed chili flakes
05 - 3 garlic cloves, smashed
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
07 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped Kalamata olives
09 - 2 tablespoons diced sundried tomatoes
10 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
11 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
12 - 3/4 cup high-quality olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a small bowl or shallow dish, and mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Parmesan, sundried tomatoes, olives, rosemary, thyme, garlic, chili flakes, sumac, and lemon zest.
02 - Give it a good stir until everything blends nicely. Add salt little by little until it tastes right for you.
03 - Spoon the mix into a dish to serve fancy, or leave it as is in the bowl you mixed it in. Pair with crusty warm bread for a great starter.
