01 - 8 oz softened cream cheese
02 - 7 oz slices of pepperoni
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - 1/4 tsp optional red pepper flakes
06 - 1 tsp seasoning mix (Italian blend)
07 - 1/4 cup chopped parsley for topping
08 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
09 - Marinara for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, your Italian seasoning, and—if you'd like it spicy—the red pepper flakes. Combine everything until it’s smooth.
03 - Scoop about a teaspoon of the cheese filling onto one slice of pepperoni, then cover it with a second piece to seal it into a small sandwich.
04 - Put all your assembled bites onto a baking sheet lined with parchment, spacing them apart so they don’t touch.
05 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the pepperoni crisps up nicely.
06 - Cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve them warm with marinara for dipping.
