Glazed Cod Honey Soy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon sliced green onions.
02 - 2 cod fillets (5-6 ounces each).
03 - 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger.
05 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic.
06 - 1 teaspoon rice vinegar.
07 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
08 - 2 tablespoons honey.
09 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, vinegar, and sesame seeds. Stir until smooth.
02 - Dry off the cod with a paper towel. Spread 1 tablespoon of glaze on top and let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to a couple of hours.
03 - Set your oven rack close to the top. Turn the broiler on low. Use parchment paper to cover your baking tray.
04 - Broil the cod for 12-14 minutes on low, brushing with glaze between every few minutes. Switch the broiler to high for 4-5 minutes to get a darker color.
05 - Move the fish to plates and top with green onions before serving.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap in halibut or sea bass instead of cod.
02 - Rice vinegar can be replaced with lime juice.
03 - Instead of the broiler, you can grill or pan-fry the fish.
