01 - 4 pork chops
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
06 - 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Season the pork chops with garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops until browned, about 4 minutes per side.
04 - Arrange the sliced potatoes evenly in a baking dish.
05 - Mix heavy cream with shredded cheddar cheese and pour the mixture over the potatoes.
06 - Place the browned pork chops on top of the potatoes. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
