Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and cook minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add chicken to skillet with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and heat through.

Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half the shredded cheese in a bowl.

Remove chicken from heat and stir into cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Spread tortillas and place equal amounts of chicken mixture in center of each one.

Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top.

Roll up tortillas, tucking in sides while rolling.

Heat clean skillet and cook wraps 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
