Fudgy Brownie Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One 9x13 dish of cooled fudge brownies, baked.
02 - 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.
03 - 16 ounces of white chocolate melting discs.
04 - Sprinkles (chocolate) for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Make the brownies following box instructions, cool them fully, and toss out the edges.
02 - Break up the brownies in a processor, add cream cheese, and blend till smooth.
03 - Spoon out tablespoon-sized portions onto a sheet with parchment, and freeze for 20-30 mins.
04 - Form the cold mixture into 1-inch balls and pop back in the freezer for 10 mins.
05 - Melt white chocolate in the microwave—start with 30 seconds, then stir every 15 after.
06 - Dip each ball in melted chocolate, shake off the extra, stick on sprinkles fast.
07 - Keep them frozen, but set out for 5 mins before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Only use soft bits from the brownies.
02 - Chilling between steps is key.
03 - Add sprinkles before chocolate hardens.
