Nutella Pastry Hearts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 tablespoon milk
02 - 1 drop yellow gel food coloring
03 - 3 cups powdered sugar
04 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
05 - ½ cup light corn syrup
06 - 1 pinch kosher salt
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Chocolate Layer

08 - 16 ounces melted milk chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Mix butter and corn syrup first. Stir in vanilla, powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, and milk. Divide into two. Stir yellow coloring into one half.
02 - Put parchment in a 9-inch dish. Add a layer of melted chocolate, spread white filling, then the yellow one, and finish with the rest of the chocolate.
03 - Chill it for half an hour in the fridge. Use a warm knife to cut into squares once firm.
