Cover a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper and set it aside.

In a safe bowl for the microwave, heat chocolate in bursts of 30 seconds. Stir every time until smooth and totally melted.

Combine any extras like roasted nuts, dried fruit, or a flavor of your choice with the melted chocolate.

Dump the chocolate mix onto the lined sheet. Smooth it out to around 1/4 inch thin.

Scatter your chosen toppings on top. Press lightly into the chocolate so they stick. Add a pinch of sea salt if you want.

Pop the sheet into the fridge for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Then, snap it into smaller pieces.
