White Chocolate Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (100-130 grams) add-ins, like dried fruit, nuts, etc. (optional).
02 - Sprinkles or toppings of your choice (optional).
03 - Flavor extracts (optional).
04 - 16 ounces (340 grams) of white chocolate, like chips, bars, or wafers.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper and set it aside.
02 - In a safe bowl for the microwave, heat chocolate in bursts of 30 seconds. Stir every time until smooth and totally melted.
03 - Combine any extras like roasted nuts, dried fruit, or a flavor of your choice with the melted chocolate.
04 - Dump the chocolate mix onto the lined sheet. Smooth it out to around 1/4 inch thin.
05 - Scatter your chosen toppings on top. Press lightly into the chocolate so they stick. Add a pinch of sea salt if you want.
06 - Pop the sheet into the fridge for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Then, snap it into smaller pieces.

# Notes:

01 - All types of chocolate work, like milk, dark, or semi-sweet.
02 - Make sure to roast your nuts before mixing them in.
03 - You can sprinkle anything fun, from candy and zest to dried fruit and nuts.
04 - Add a splash of vanilla, peppermint, orange, or even rum extracts for flavor.
