05 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla
06 - 2 cups regular flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt
09 - 1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks
10 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chunks
11 - 3/4 cup chopped mini Cadbury eggs
12 - 1/3 cup pastel-colored sprinkles

→ For the Icing and Decorations

13 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) soft salted butter
14 - 2 cups powdered (confectioners') sugar
15 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
16 - 2-4 tablespoons heavy cream
17 - Food coloring of choice
18 - Pastel sprinkle decorations
19 - Extra chocolate mini eggs
20 - Optional edible Easter pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan or line a round pan with parchment paper.
02 - Stir your melted butter with both sugars until smooth. Add the egg, yolk, and vanilla, mixing well.
03 - Mix up the flour, salt, and baking soda first, then blend this dry mix with your wet mixture until fully incorporated.
04 - Gently fold in all the chocolate (both kinds), sprinkles, and those chopped Cadbury mini eggs.
05 - Spread the dough in your prepared pan evenly, making sure it’s pushed out to the edges.
06 - Pop it into the oven for 22-28 minutes. Bake it until the center is set but still a bit soft for that gooey feel. Let it cool fully before you start decorating.
07 - Use a mixer to beat the butter till creamy. Slowly add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream. Once it’s blended, work in your food coloring to make the frosting a smooth, even shade. For multicolor frosting, split it into separate bowls and do one color per bowl.
08 - Fill a piping bag with frosting and fit it with a 1M tip. Carefully pipe a border along the edge of the cookie. If using two colors, squeeze the second shade alongside the first.
09 - Top it with additional pastel decorations, chocolate eggs, and anything else fun. Cut into slices and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - For the best texture, aim for a slightly gooey middle.
02 - Bake this up to 2 days early and store it in a sealed container.
03 - Pastel shades in your frosting complement Easter perfectly.
