Set oven to 350°F. Cover a 9x9 pan with parchment, then spray it so nothing sticks later.

Blend melted butter with the graham crumbs. Firmly press the mix into the baking dish using the bottom of a cup.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla together till smooth. Add eggs one by one, mixing in between.

Pour the creamy filling over your crust. Bake around 40-45 minutes, till the center sets with a slight wiggle and the edges look golden. Let it cool fully.

Combine everything for the compote in a pan. Stir now and then while cooking over medium heat for 10 minutes. Chill it in the fridge.

Slice cool cheesecake into bars. Add a little groove to each one, spoon in the compote, and finish with white chocolate drizzle.
