Cover an 8-inch square dish with parchment paper or non-stick paper.

In a pot, stir together condensed milk, lemon flavoring, and add gel coloring if you're using it.

Throw in the white chocolate chunks, and heat on low to medium while stirring constantly until smooth and melted.

If you're using lemon peel, stir it in now. Have a little taste and toss in more lemon flavoring if you'd like.

Pour the mixture into your dish, sprinkle on some decorations if you'd like, and give the dish a little tap. Pop it in the fridge for 4 hours or leave it overnight.

Once it's firm, slice it into little squares.
