03 - 1 cup whole milk
04 - 2 cups heavy cream

# Instructions:

01 - Take a medium bowl and combine the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla bean paste, and a bit of salt. Whisk everything until the sugar is completely blended in.
02 - Transfer the mixed liquid into the Ninja Creami container, staying below the fill line. Seal it with the lid, put it on a flat freezer surface, and let it freeze solid for at least a day.
03 - When your mixture is rock solid, set it up in the Ninja Creami according to the manual. Pick the 'Ice Cream' option and let it do its thing.
04 - If your ice cream seems a bit gritty or firm after the first spin, scoop out a small hole, pour in 1/4 cup milk, and run the 'Re-Spin' cycle.
05 - Spoon your ice cream into a cup or a cone. Sprinkle on those fun toppings and enjoy it right away!
