Combine peanut butter, yogurt, and sweetener (if you're using it) until it's creamy. Toss in some chocolate chips, if you’d like a little crunch.

Scoop small amounts onto a tray lined with parchment. Pop a stick or spoon in each one and flatten them gently.

Scatter a few crushed peanuts over the bars if that’s your thing.

Let the bars sit in the freezer until they’re completely firm.

Slowly melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler. Stir in some coconut oil if you'd like a smoother texture.

Once the yogurt bars are frozen, dip them in the chocolate to coat fully. Set them back on the tray and freeze again to harden the coating.

Dig in right away or keep them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to four weeks.
