Buster Bars Chocolate Twist (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Peanut Butter Yogurt Bars

01 - 1/4 cup peanut butter (swap with allergy-safe alternative if needed)
02 - 2 tsp coconut oil (optional, for the chocolate coating)
03 - 1 cup yogurt (or try vanilla ice cream, or dairy-free yogurt)
04 - 2 tbsp peanuts (optional, for garnish)
05 - 2 tbsp sweetener of your choice (only needed for plain yogurt)
06 - 1 cup chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Combine peanut butter, yogurt, and sweetener (if you're using it) until it's creamy. Toss in some chocolate chips, if you’d like a little crunch.
02 - Scoop small amounts onto a tray lined with parchment. Pop a stick or spoon in each one and flatten them gently.
03 - Scatter a few crushed peanuts over the bars if that’s your thing.
04 - Let the bars sit in the freezer until they’re completely firm.
05 - Slowly melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler. Stir in some coconut oil if you'd like a smoother texture.
06 - Once the yogurt bars are frozen, dip them in the chocolate to coat fully. Set them back on the tray and freeze again to harden the coating.
07 - Dig in right away or keep them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to four weeks.

# Notes:

01 - To make it keto-friendly, opt for sugar-free chocolate chips and a low-carb sweetener.
