Cheesy Thin Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup crumbled feta.
02 - 1/4 cup olive oil.
03 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 1 batch of pizza dough.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of fine sea salt.
06 - 4 shredded ounces of fontina.
07 - 8 shredded ounces of mozzarella.
08 - 4 Roma tomatoes, cut into slices.
09 - 1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh basil.
10 - 1/2 cup of finely grated parmesan.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow instructions to get your pizza dough ready and let it rise properly.
02 - Mix the olive oil, garlic, and salt together in a bowl to make a marinade.
03 - Let the tomato slices soak in the marinade for about 15 to 20 minutes.
04 - Put the baking stone inside your oven and heat it to 400°F. Give it 6 minutes to warm up before baking.
05 - Spread the marinade oil evenly over the surface of the pizza crust.
06 - Scatter the shredded mozzarella and fontina over the crust so it’s evenly covered.
07 - Lay out the marinated tomato slices over the top of the cheese.
08 - Spread chopped basil over the tomatoes evenly across the pizza.
09 - Sprinkle the parmesan all over the top evenly.
10 - Crumble feta cheese across the whole pizza as the final topping.
11 - Carefully slide the pizza onto the hot baking stone.
12 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is fully melted.
13 - Watch it closely in the last few moments so nothing burns.
14 - When the crust is crisp and the cheese is bubbly, remove the pizza from the oven.
15 - Give it a short break to cool down before cutting into slices and enjoying.
