Crispy Bang Bang Chicken Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 1/2 pounds thin sliced chicken breasts
02 - Kosher salt, fresh black pepper and garlic powder for seasoning
03 - 1/2 cup flour
04 - 1/4 cup cornstarch
05 - 1 cup buttermilk
06 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
09 - Vegetable or canola oil for frying

→ Assembly

10 - 12 slices mozzarella cheese
11 - 12 slider rolls
12 - Bang bang sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Set up breading station with flour/cornstarch, buttermilk mixture, and breadcrumbs
02 - Dredge chicken in flour, then buttermilk mixture, finally breadcrumbs. Press crumbs into chicken
03 - Cook chicken in oil 2-3 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Drain on paper towels
04 - Whisk bang bang sauce ingredients in small bowl
05 - Cut cutlets to fit buns, top with mozzarella while warm, drizzle with sauce

# Notes:

01 - Can be kept warm in 325°F oven
02 - Sauce best served at room temperature
03 - Check internal temperature reaches 165°F
