01 -
Cut all the bananas into two equal pieces after peeling them. Gently push a popsicle stick into the flat end of each piece, making sure it goes about halfway in.
02 -
Scoop some yogurt into a deep bowl that’s just right for dipping. Dunk each banana piece into the yogurt, making sure every side gets coated perfectly. Let the extra yogurt drip back into the bowl.
03 -
Sprinkle your favorite toppings over the yogurt-covered bananas while they’re still sticky. Rotate them as you work to ensure the sprinkles stick evenly all around. Mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or rainbow sprinkles work great here.
04 -
Lay the coated banana pops on a flat surface, like a plate or baking sheet, covered with parchment or wax paper. Keep them spaced out so they don’t touch. Freeze for at least 2 hours to set the yogurt fully, or for 3-4 hours if you want the bananas to be completely frozen.
05 -
When frozen, dig in right away or wrap each pop individually in cling wrap to save for later. If they’re too hard straight from the freezer, let them sit for a couple of minutes before you try biting into them.
