Set your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch pan with spray or oil.

Take a big bowl and mix the bananas, sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Gently mix in the homemade Bisquick until it’s just blended.

Pour the mixture into your greased pan. Bake for 63 to 65 minutes. A toothpick poked in the middle should come out with a few crumbs, not soggy batter.

Let the loaf cool down all the way, about 2 hours, before you cut and serve it.
