Banana Bread Bisquick (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2⅔ cups Bisquick made at home
02 - ¼ cup (61g) full-fat milk
03 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla
04 - 3 big bananas, mashed (makes about 1⅓ cups)
05 - ¼ cup (54.5g) cooking oil
06 - ⅔ cup (133g) white sugar
07 - 2 room-temperature eggs, large

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch pan with spray or oil.
02 - Take a big bowl and mix the bananas, sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Gently mix in the homemade Bisquick until it’s just blended.
03 - Pour the mixture into your greased pan. Bake for 63 to 65 minutes. A toothpick poked in the middle should come out with a few crumbs, not soggy batter.
04 - Let the loaf cool down all the way, about 2 hours, before you cut and serve it.
