Fish Stick Alfredo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pre-baked pizza crust
02 - 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella or a pizza cheese mix
03 - 1/3 cup Alfredo sauce from a jar
04 - 8 frozen fish sticks by Gorton's
05 - Optional: sweet bell peppers and tomato slices

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 425°F.
02 - Lay out the fish sticks evenly on a baking tray. Cook them for around 10 minutes, flipping them after the first 7 minutes.
03 - While waiting for the fish sticks, cover the pizza crust with Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top, but hold back about a handful to use later.
04 - Place the cooked fish sticks on the crust, arranging them in a circle like spokes. If using veggies, snug them between the sticks. Finish it with the rest of the cheese on top.
05 - Pop the pizza into the oven for about 8-10 minutes. The edges should crisp up, and the cheese should be gooey and melted.
06 - Cut the pizza into pieces and serve warm. If you've got fresh basil, tear some up and toss it on for extra flavor.
