# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
02 - Lay the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small gap between each slice to allow even baking.
03 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each pepperoni slice, ensuring it covers lightly without overloading.
04 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the pepperoni are crispy.
05 - Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let the chips cool for a few minutes to crisp up further. Serve warm or at room temperature as a snack or appetizer.
