Pistachio Tartlets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 medium onion
02 - 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
04 - 2 medium zucchinis

→ Seasonings

05 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
10 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil

# Instructions:

01 - Chop onion into small wedges and slice into half-inch sections. Cut zucchini into sticks roughly 2-3 inches long and half-inch wide.
02 - Warm vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it starts to shimmer in a sauté pan or wok.
03 - Sauté onion until it softens, for a couple of minutes. Add ginger and garlic, then stir for about 30 seconds.
04 - Toss in zucchini sticks and stir now and then for 4-5 minutes, letting them get some color.
05 - Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over veggies. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and sesame seeds. Cook just a minute longer till everything’s crisp-tender.
