# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
02 - 1 large English cucumber, sliced
03 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
04 - 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
06 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
02 - Slice the cucumber into half-moons or quarter rounds.
03 - Chop the fresh mint leaves.
04 - In a large bowl, combine watermelon and cucumber.
05 - Add chopped mint and crumbled feta on top.
06 - Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
07 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
08 - Gently toss all ingredients together. Chill for 10–15 minutes if desired, or serve immediately.
