Velvet Swirled Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2/3 cup of half-and-half cream.
02 - 7-ounce jar of fluffy marshmallow spread.
03 - 3/4 cup of unsalted butter.
04 - 2 teaspoons of real vanilla extract.
05 - 3 full cups of regular white sugar.
06 - 1 cup of semi-sweet baking chocolate pieces.
07 - 2 cups of white chocolate morsels.
08 - 3 big spoonfuls of red food dye.

# Instructions:

01 - Use parchment paper to line up a 9x9-inch pan. Make sure the edges stick out for easy lifting later.
02 - Grab another bowl. Pour in those chocolate chips with a splash of red coloring, then set it aside till later.
03 - In a big saucepan, melt butter first. Stir in your sugar and cream, mixing until it’s all blended together.
04 - In a fresh bowl, toss together the white chocolate candies and marshmallow fluff.
05 - Pour the vanilla, fluffy marshmallows, and white chocolate into your butter-sugar blend. Keep stirring until it’s silky smooth.
06 - Scoop out half the white mixture fast and mix it with the red chocolate blend. Stir until all the chocolate melts in.
07 - Drop blobs of both mixtures into the prepared pan. Gently shake the pan to level it out, then use a knife to swirl the colors together.
08 - Let it harden fully. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper edges, then slice into little squares.

01 - Move quickly when swirling the layers.
02 - Wait until it’s fully hardened before slicing.
