Matcha Donuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
02 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder for glaze.
04 - 1.5 teaspoons matcha powder.
05 - 3/4 cup almond milk.
06 - 1/4 cup coconut oil.
07 - 2 tablespoons almond milk for glaze.
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
09 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil for glaze.
10 - 1.5 cups plain flour.
11 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
12 - 1.5 teaspoons baking powder.
13 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar for glaze.
14 - 1/8 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C. Prep your donut pan with some oil. Stir vinegar into almond milk, and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
02 - Combine baking powder, flour, baking soda, salt, and matcha in a bowl. Stir in your sugar afterward.
03 - Mix the almond milk and vinegar combo with coconut oil and vanilla.
04 - Scoop or pipe the batter into the wells of the pan, filling them about 3/4 of the way.
05 - Add the wet mix into the dry and stir gently until it just comes together. It'll feel pretty thick.
06 - Bake for 10-12 minutes. To check, poke a skewer in one, and if it comes out clean, they're done.
07 - Blend the powdered sugar with matcha, almond milk, and a bit of oil until there aren't any lumps.
08 - Dip the donuts in the glaze, then sprinkle toppings over them quickly before it sets.

# Notes:

01 - The glaze hardens fast.
02 - Swap in any mild oil if needed.
03 - White vinegar works as a backup option.
