Creamy Tuscan Ravioli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ To Make the Pasta

01 - 2 cups roasted tomatoes with herbs
02 - 2 (8 oz.) packs of cheese ravioli (organic)
03 - 2 cups of chopped kale

→ For the Sauce

04 - 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
05 - 1 ¼ cups heavy cream (organic)
06 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
07 - 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
08 - ½ cup vegetable broth
09 - 2 tablespoons of white cooking wine
10 - ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated fresh
11 - 1 to 2 tablespoons of Tuscan 'Marry Me' spice mix

# Instructions:

01 - Boil ravioli for about 4-5 minutes, following package directions.
02 - Melt the butter and cook minced garlic with the seasoning mix until it smells amazing.
03 - Add cream, wine, broth, and lemon juice. Let it simmer, then stir in parmesan to thicken up.
04 - Toss in the kale and herby tomatoes, mixing until everything's heated together.
05 - Gently stir the cooked ravioli into the sauce, coating well. Serve it hot right away.
