Turkey Swiss Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Small Sandwiches

01 - ¾ pound of sliced Swiss cheese
02 - ¾ pound of deli turkey, thinly sliced
03 - 12 soft Hawaiian rolls

→ Butter Spread

04 - ½ tablespoon of bagel seasoning mix
05 - ½ cup (1 stick) of butter, unsalted
06 - ½ tablespoon of Dijon mustard
07 - ½ tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Cover a 9x13-inch pan with foil, then give it a spray of nonstick coating.
02 - Without pulling apart the rolls, cut them horizontally in half. Put the bottoms onto your prepared pan.
03 - Put the turkey slices on the bottom half of the rolls, then layer the Swiss cheese on top. Cover it all with the roll tops.
04 - Melt the butter, then mix in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and the bagel seasoning until it’s combined.
05 - Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls. Let everything sit for about 5 minutes so the rolls soak it up.
06 - Cover the pan with foil and bake for around 30-35 minutes. Take off the foil for the last 5 minutes to crisp up the tops and melt the cheese.

# Notes:

01 - Offer 1-2 as a snack or appetizer, or 3 for a meal.
02 - Store in the fridge for no more than 3 days.
03 - You can freeze these for up to 3 months.
