Turkey Melt Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwich Fixings

01 - 4 pieces sourdough bread
02 - 2 tbsp honey mustard
03 - 4 deli turkey slices
04 - 2 white cheddar slices
05 - Thin slices from 1 medium red tomato
06 - ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
07 - 4 crispy cooked bacon strips
08 - 2 tbsp softened butter

# Instructions:

01 - Take four slices of bread and cover each with honey mustard. Slice the cheese into halves.
02 - Stack your spinach, turkey, tomatoes, cheese, and then bacon onto the bread in any order.
03 - Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich slice until evenly coated.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium and cook each side for 3-4 minutes till bread is golden and cheese gooey.
05 - Move to a plate and eat while warm.

01 - Get freshly sliced cheese for extra flavor
02 - Switch ingredients to make it dairy-free if needed
