Baileys Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips.
02 - 2 cups pecans (divided).
03 - 3/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream.
04 - 1/4 cup condensed milk.
05 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
06 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Blitz pecans until they're ground but still a little gritty.
02 - Stir together graham crumbs and a cup of ground-up pecans.
03 - Melt chocolate, then blend in Baileys, sugar, and condensed milk. Toss in the crumb and nut mixture till combined.
04 - Wrap it up and let it sit in the fridge for one hour.
05 - Form small balls and roll them around in the leftover crushed pecans.

# Notes:

01 - Put back in the fridge if it gets too soft to handle.
02 - Lasts a week in the refrigerator.
03 - Feel free to switch up the nuts.
