Thai Chicken Stir Fry (Print Version)

01 - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
02 - 3 tbsp cornstarch
03 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
04 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or more as needed)
05 - 2 bell peppers, sliced
06 - 1 cup steamed green beans
07 - 1/2 tbsp garlic cloves, minced
08 - 1/4 tsp ginger (optional)
09 - 1 tsp garlic powder
10 - 1 tsp crushed red pepper
11 - 1/8 tsp sesame oil
12 - 1 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Toss chicken with oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
02 - Heat oil in a skillet. Cook chicken in batches until crispy.
03 - Sauté bell peppers until tender.
04 - Add garlic, then chicken, green beans, chili sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Stir until coated.
