Follow the package directions to bake the frozen tater tots at around 425°F for roughly 28 minutes. Flip them halfway through baking.

Leave the tater tots for a few minutes so they aren’t too hot to handle.

Pop 4–6 tater tots onto each skewer and place them on a sheet lined with parchment.

Scatter bacon, cheese, and half of your chopped green onions over the skewers.

Put everything back in the oven for about 5–7 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Sprinkle the rest of the green onions on top and dish up with sour cream on the side.
