# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 big flour tortillas
02 - 60g sour cream
03 - 50g grated cheddar cheese
04 - 225g minced beef
05 - 60g cream cheese
06 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix

# Instructions:

01 - In a small pan, cook the minced beef over medium heat until it's browned all over. Drain any grease, then mix in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Let it simmer until the liquid dries up, around 1-2 minutes.
02 - Use a bowl to combine sour cream, cream cheese, and the seasoned beef. Smash it all together with a fork until blended. Adjust with a pinch of salt if you want.
03 - Take the filling and divide it between the two tortillas, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
04 - Roll each tortilla up tightly. Use a sharp knife to trim the ends, then slice each roll into 5 evenly sized pieces.
05 - Layer the pinwheels flat in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlapping. Cook at 190°C for 5 minutes. Use baking paper if you'd like to keep them from sticking.

# Notes:

01 - Pair with dips like nacho cheese, guacamole, salsa, or queso for extra flavor.
