Swirled Raspberry Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup white chocolate pieces.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
03 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
04 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
05 - 1 cup softened butter.
06 - 1/2 cup raspberry preserves.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and cover a tray with parchment paper.
02 - Blend sugar and butter until creamy. Add flour after stirring in the vanilla.
03 - Flatten dough to 1/4 inch, spread preserves, then roll it into a log shape.
04 - Place the log in the fridge for half an hour so it hardens up.
05 - Cut slices from the log and bake for 12–15 mins until the edges turn golden.
06 - Let cookies cool fully, then drizzle them with melted white chocolate.

01 - Chill dough before slicing it.
02 - Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you'd like.
03 - Slice evenly for a consistent bake.
