01 - 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
02 - 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
06 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
07 - 2 tablespoons honey
08 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
09 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
10 - 4 green onions, chopped
11 - Salt and pepper to taste
12 - Fresh cilantro for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant.
03 - Add the sliced flank steak to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned.
04 - Pour in the soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Add sliced bell pepper, stirring to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bell pepper is tender.
05 - Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well to coat evenly with the sauce.
06 - Remove from heat. Garnish with green onions and fresh cilantro if desired. Serve hot.
