Pink Root Juice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 fresh pineapple, chopped (4 to 5 cups).
02 - 1 medium beet, chopped.
03 - 1 English cucumber.
04 - 1½-inch (3 cm) piece fresh ginger.

# Instructions:

01 - Run the chopped pineapple, beet, cucumber, and ginger through a juicer. Once juiced, stir well and enjoy immediately for best flavor.
02 - If using blender, blend all ingredients with just enough cold water to blend. Strain pulp using cheesecloth or nut milk bag.
03 - For a cooler drink, serve over ice.
04 - Store extra juice in airtight container in refrigerator and consume within 24-48 hours for optimal freshness.

# Notes:

01 - Can dilute with water if too thick.
02 - Juice will be vibrant pink - avoid staining.
03 - Best consumed fresh but keeps up to two days.
