Sweet Cinnamon Banana (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 6 ripe bananas, roughly mashed
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - ⅓ cup (75g) softened unsalted butter
04 - ¼ cup (61g) milk
05 - 1 cup (200g) white sugar
06 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
07 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
08 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
09 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon
10 - 2 cups (250g) plain flour

→ Topping

11 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
12 - 2 tablespoons white sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Get a 9-inch pan ready and greased.
02 - In a big bowl, mix the butter, milk, and sugar. Throw in the bananas and eggs, then stir.
03 - In another bowl, whisk the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda together.
04 - Gently stir the dry stuff into the wet bowl until you can't see dry spots.
05 - Pour it into the pan. Mix the topping sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle that on, and bake for an hour. Check with a toothpick—it should come out with a couple crumbs.
