Easy Summer Bruschetta Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz rotini pasta
02 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
05 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
06 - 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - Optional: red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
03 - Add cooled pasta to the tomato mixture and toss gently to coat.
04 - Crumble feta cheese into the bowl and add chopped fresh basil. Toss lightly to combine.
05 - Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes. Serve immediately at room temperature or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
